Eligibility Requirements
Possession of a Regular New York City License and/or New York State Certification Regularly appointed NYC teacher
Selection Criteria
1. Satisfactory performance from September 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.
2. Excellent attendance and punctuality.
3. Good communication skills.
4. Ability to relate in a positive manner with administrators, supervisors, staff, parents and students.
5. Satisfactory experience in selecting, developing, adapting and evaluating curriculum materials.
6. Experience with the STARS / HSST program in regards to programming and reports.
7. Support the mission of the school.
Duties & Responsibilities
Programming and updating schedules for new and existing students of H.S. C.T.E.A.
Updating transcripts and records, program changes, grade changes
Contacting teachers to submit and input grades
Print report cards for distribution
Creating / building the master schedule
Marking period and final term grades
January and June Regents scheduling
Work Schedule
Ongoing throughout the year from September 2026 – June 2027
Pay
Comp-time position; .8
The pay rate is dependent on the contractual designation and the relevant union or organization, as outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
