Selection Criteria
● Currently effective or highly effective as evidence in Advanced.Satisfactory performance from September 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 Excellent attendance and punctuality.
● Good communication skills
● Ability to relate in a positive manner with administrators, supervisors, staff, parents and Students.
Duties & Responsibilities
● Attend and coordinate City and Borough High School fairs.
● Attend and coordinate CTEA Open House meetings.
● Organize and keep records for recruitment fairs and Open House events. Attend middle schools of interest and attend their Open House events.
● Support school visits for middle school guidance counselors, parents, and incoming students.
● Facilitate the overall process for ranking new students.
● Collaborate regularly with the Guidance Department, Parent Coordinator and school administrators regarding the above.
Work Schedule
25 hours : Ongoing throughout the year fromSeptember 2026 - June 2027 (before/after school)
Pay
As per collective bargaining agreement
The pay rate is dependent on the contractual designation and the relevant union or organization, as outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
